I had my 2006 TJ brought in with no crank, no start. The initial call I had with them took a few minutes so we could talk about everything I tried with the car so they knew exactly where to start. The same day I brought it in they had identified the problem and gave me a call. We spoke for a little longer to go over the recent history of the vehicle. By the next morning they found a tiny wire shorting one of the circuits in the car. I never would have been able to find it on my own.
