LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY
UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING, OUR QUALITY PARTS ARE WARRANTIED FOR 12 MONTHS/12,000 MILES TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS THAT CAUSE THE PRODUCT TO FAIL UNDER NORMAL APPLICATION AND USE. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE OFFERED ON THE COST OF LABOR TO REPLACE THE FAILED PART.
WHEN A PART IS REPLACED UNDER OUR WARRANTY, THE WARRANTY TERM IS BASED ON THE FIRST ORIGINAL SALES INVOICE DATE.
CONDITIONS THAT VOID WARRANTY-
1. Dismantling of part(s) for any reason without prior permission from 4x4 Used Parts Inc.
2. Improper installation or handling which leads to parts failure on this invoice by the specific terms listed
3. Warranty only applies to the purchaser shown on the original invoice
STANDARD 12 MONTHS/12,000 MI WARRANTY- This warranty covers the part only for 12 months or 12,000 miles(whichever occurs first) from the invoice date. 4x4 Used Parts Inc will not be responsible for any labor cost to repair or replace the defective part.
STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY: 4x4 Used Parts Inc warrants all parts to be free from defects that cause the product to fail under normal application and use for 12 MONTHS/12,000 MILES from the purchase. In event of defect, promptly notify 4x4 Used Parts Inc. 4x4 Used Parts Inc will, at our option, refund or within a reasonable time replace the warranted part. WARNING: THE OBLIGATIONS OF 4X4 USED PARTS INC ARE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ONLY AS PROVIDED HEREIN. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE ARE LIMITED TO THE SAME DURATION AS THE LIMITED WRITTEN WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN. 4X4 USED PARTS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INSTALLATION, REMOVAL OR USE OF THIS MERCHANDISE. AT NO TIME WILL REFUND EXCEED PURCHASE PRICE. This is the only warranty given by 4x4 Used Parts Inc.
For warranty reimbursement you must contact 4x4 Used Parts Inc for an authorization number prior to commencing any repair or removal of suspected defective parts from the vehicle. 4x4 Used Parts Inc will not pay warranty claims that were not previously authorized. No warranty claims will be paid until the parts have been returned to 4x4 Used Parts Inc for inspection. 4x4 Used Parts Inc reserves the right to bring the vehicle to another shop for inspection and/or repairs.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY 4X4 USED PARTS INC AND ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, WITH A MINIMUM OF $10.00. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT. ELECTRICAL PARTS WILL BE CHARGED A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WITH A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $10.00. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRIC CONTROL MODULES. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RELATED SHIPPING COST. NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
RETURNS- Customer must ship any product for return within 30 days from invoiced date. All returns must have Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Once 4x4 Used Parts Inc. has received the product, please allow up to 5 business days to process the return.
